» Reduce quantities of collateral materials you bring to LearnX - send on request » Provide information to potential clients/buyers on disc, USB or memory stick » Provide media kits or media releases electronically » Reduce or recycle waste during exhibition bump-in and bump out times » Purchase products made from recycled materials » Use recycle bins at the venue » Use electronic scanners to obtain potential and visitor details » When possible ensure all printers and photocopiers are set to double-sided printing » Reduce use of packaging material, or where required ensure the material is reused or recycled » Bring only what you need to LearnX Asia Pacific 2008 and take away what you don't use » Use recycled or consumable products as giveaways » Turn off all equipment, lights and power on your stand overnight » Ensure your technical suppliers use technology that is energy efficient and design systems that   reduce excess equipment » Pool resources where possible
