Session Overview
One of the biggest challenges to many L&D managers is the measurement and ROI of the initiatives that they implement. In this
Case Study, Scott Stein will share his experience being involved in numerous national training initiatives that involved anywhere
from 40 to 350 days of training with a number of Australian and multinational companies.
Scott will also share the process that he
has used to measure the results of these initiatives--including an ROI process. He will also provide you with a step by
step methodology that he recently used to project manage an L&D initiative that had individual measurable improvements including
