Criterion
Judges will be looking for a talented individual – female, 35 years or younger before April 2 2009, within an organisation or working independently, who heads up a team of learning professionals and/or consults to industry, creates resources and uses innovation to enhance workforce development.

Step 2 - Profile, Performance & References
* Profile Please give an overview of your, or the entrant’s, training and learning role. Discuss how you, or the entrant, have used experience, commitment and innovation to improve learning outcomes for an organisation and/or clients. (Max response = 400 words)
* Performance Please establish how your, or the entrant’s, contribution has made a positive impact on how individuals, teams and the organisation perform and how this was achieved in a variety of learning situations. (Max response = 400 words)
* Testimonials Please provide the contact details for 2 referees who support the entry. Email/phone nos are required. No other supporting material is necessary at this time, but material/demo may be required if shortlisted.
