Criterion
Judges will be looking for a training provider who offers best practices in training services and exceptional support for their clients. All relevant factors will be considered, including staff expertise, innovation, technology, customer service and management support.
Step 1A - Applicant Details (* marked must be completed)
* Profile Give a general profile of the training company and the training provided to clients/industry. Outline the particular needs of clients/industry as well any problems that have had to be overcome. Highlight any specialist training that your training company delivers. Your answer will set the scene for the judges. (Max response = 400 words)
* Purpose Outline how the provision of training aims to meet the needs of clients/industry through best practices, staff expertise, innovation and customer service. What were the targets and how did you plan to measure them? (Max response = 400words)
* Performance Provide evidence of how the training company has met the needs of clients/industry through best practice training services. The degree of industry expertise, innovation and cost-effectiveness will be considered. (Max response = 400 words)
* Testimonials Please provide the contact details for 2 referees who support the entry. Email / phone # are required. No other supporting material is required at this time, but material/demo will be required if shortlisted.
