Criterion
The award focuses on an online tutorial training program that has had a significant positive impact on workforce learning and performance. You will need to demonstrate this impact as a direct result of the use of the online tutorial training program.

* General Descriptor Set the scene for the judges. Give a general background on the online tutorial training program in context of the business, identifying its purpose. Demonstrate how employees performed before the online tutorial was implemented, the learning needs and the problems the online tutorial training program needed to overcome. Why was the online tutorial needed for learning? (Maximum response = 400 words).
* Aims & Objectives In this section you need to outline how the online tutorial training program aimed to have a significant impact on the learners’ and employee performance, what your targets were and how you planned to measure them. (Maximum response = 400 words)
