Criterion
The award focuses on a solution where the learning is delivered solely online and has made a significant impact on users’ performance in an organisation. The solution may be bespoke or generic, and you will have to demonstrate specific, measurable results of the online learning solution.

* Step 2 - General Descriptor, Aims & Objectives and Evidence of Performance
* General Descriptor Set the scene for the judges. Give a general background on the online learning solution in context of the business, identifying its purpose. Demonstrate how employees performed before the online learning solution was implemented, the learning needs and the problems the solution needed to overcome. Why was the online learning solution needed for learning? (Maximum response = 400 words).
* Aims & Objectives In this section you need to outline how the online learning solution aimed to have a significant impact on the learners’ and company performance, what your targets were and how you planned to measure them. (Maximum response = 400 words)
*Evidence of Performance Provide evidence of the performance after the online learning solution had been implemented. The judges will be looking for evidence of learning effectiveness and the extent to which the solution meets the defined aims, objectives and needs of the organisation. The degree of innovation and cost-effectiveness will also be considered. (Maximum response = 400 words)
