Criterion
The award focuses on an e-learning solution/program that was implemented on a budget and has had a significant positive impact on workforce performance. You will need to demonstrate this impact as a direct result of your e-learning implementation and how it met budget expectations.

* Step 2 General Descriptor, Aims & Objectives & Evidence of Performance
* General Descriptor Please give a general background to the e-learning implementation in context of the business, identifying its purpose, how employees performed before the e-learning was implemented, the learning needs, problems and financial restraints the e-learning needed to overcome. (Maximum response = 400 words).
* Aims & Objectives In this section you need to outline how the e-learning solution/program aimed to have a significant impact on the learners’ and company performance, what your targets were and how you planned to measure them. (Maximum response = 400 words)
* Evidence of Performance Provide evidence of the performance of the learners after the e-learning solution/program had been implemented. The judges will be looking for evidence of learning effectiveness and the extent to which the e-learning meets the defined aims, objectives and needs of the organisation. Highlight the design, features and cost-effectiveness of the innovations used. (Maximum response = 400 words)
