Nicola is Head of Learning and Development at Blake Dawson, one of the country's leading commercial law firms with a growing presence in the region. A lawyer and formerly a lecturer in an interdisciplinary environmental science program at Imperial College, London, Nicola has long been interested in how lawyers view the world and its impact on their learning throughout their careers. Involved in several major change projects in the firm since 2004, Nicola uses her role to focus on the power of learning interventions to facilitate change in organisation, particularly through language. Interactive multimedia represents a whole new set of challenges and opportunities for learning which the firm is currently embracing.
