Why you should listen to Lance: |
Plenary Session: Wed Sept 14, 2011 9:00am - 9:30am |
|
In this high-impact session Lance focuses in on how to develop an effective learning strategy and architecture to ensure both individual and organisational performance. Now more than ever organisational success - if not survival - is dependent upon the ability to create and sustain a high-performing organisation. In order to remain competitive and serve a more diverse employee audience, organisations today need to have a well thought out and comprehensive, integrated learning strategy and architecture. A ‘ready, fire, aim’ approach with no real plan typically leads to waste, failure and frustration. In this session you will learn the key steps to developing a learning strategy to ensure your learning approaches are keeping pace with your leaners and organisations needs. And, you will also learn how to develop the necessary learning architecture to support that strategy with the tools, processes and systems to ensure cost-effective design, development and delivery in today's economic environment.
