Why you should listen to Lance: |
Plenary Session: Thu Sept 15, 2011 2:45pm - 3:00pm |
|
Join Lance as he takes us for a rapid dive into a new model for blended learning design that incorporates new ways to extend, enable and enhance learning to meet the needs of today’s world. As the buzz about social media and social learning, games and simulations, mobile learning and performance support continues to grow in intensity, organisations know they need to incorporate these – and other - new approaches and tools into their learning solutions. But at the same time there is concern about how best to design programs that will be successful from both a learner and organisational perspective. Through personal interviews with over 25 senior learning leaders from major organisations across the globe, Lance has defined the principles of ‘blended learning design’, a new approach to creating high-impact learning programs. And, in this session, he will give you an action plan for applying them in your organisation
