Most organisations don’t use…Psychometric or skills assessments for all candidates i.e. behavioural profile. Most organisations don’t share this information with the candidates and the candidate’s manager. Most organisations don’t store these assessments in their LMS under the person’s profile, for current & future managers to refer back to especially at performance review time. Most organisations don’t add an external training catalogue to their LMS for people to find & request training courses. Most organisations don’t link the performance review section to the LMS so people can find training to close the gaps. Most organisations who have Talent Management Programs choose to develop groups of people rather than design individually tailored programs. Most organisations don’t build a job sharing or job rotation system to develop their people. Most organisations don’t choose certified development programs to be part of their remuneration and benefits offering e.g. MBA, Cert 4 or Diploma level programs. Most organisations don’t develop their people in business acumen or personal mastery. Most organisations choose to recruit talent rather than develop it internally. In this session Geoff will demonstrate how to bridge these gaps effectively.
