Charmion Ingram joined AMP Horizons Academy & Education in March 2010. She has come from a strong business background, where she has ran and operated her own business for 10 years. Over the past 6 years, Charmion has developed a strong background in Business Coaching. She is passionate about supporting businesses and individuals to reach their Commercial and Personal goals. Her education background includes a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of Armidale and a Masters of Business Coaching from the University of Wollongong.

Business units tend to focus on training to develop the commercial outcomes that are necessary for revenue generation eg, business planning, sales delivery, distribution, product and technical. Whilst these areas successfully capture the commercial side of performance, there are other cultural elements that can be uncovered to lift performance to a greater level. Those cultural elements consist of values, beliefs, behaviours, attitudes and energy within an individual and a business. Coaching is the tool used to uncover those cultural elements through a series of questions and frameworks. Coaching enhances individual effectiveness by arming managers and leaders with the tools to uncover the true potential and key motivators of their people. This occurs through effective questioning which connects the individual to a vision, a purpose and a strategy. Coaching therefore, is intended to lift the engagement of the individual which will automatically affect the performance of the business.
