Learning: Grow - Transform - Evolve
Why you should listen to Arndria: Headliner Session:  Wed Sept 14, 2011    2:15pm - 2:30pm

Arndria’s session will share some practical approaches that she has used in business over the past 10 years to address the ever growing need to grow – transform - evolve the learning agenda within your organisation. With the mounting  ‘war on talent’, brought about by the insufficient talent pipeline, coupled with a diverse workforce with differing views and expectations regarding career development we to transform and evolve for the future. With our improved Australian economy we continued to need to attract, grow and retain our high performing employees for the future sustainability of our organisation. Learners need to be engaged, and ready and able to seek out information as and when they need it. On-demand access to knowledge and learning is no longer nice to have but a necessity, especially in view of an over-aging population and the growing outflow of retiring baby boomers. Why not come and learn some practical tips for your organisation?
